Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16 1984 on the island of Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and well-known comedians. Bea has appeared on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh or Aisling "Bea" is a famous Irish writer and actor. She was born on March 16th 1984. Bea was first seen as bit roles on Irish or British television programs in 2009, made her debut as an stand-up comic in 2011. Bea began performing frequently on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms from 2012. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a range of panel show. Between 2016 and 2017 she was a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats team and also a part-time participant on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. She is the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. The only ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea is her surname in honour of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born on March 16, 1984 in Kildare Town, County Kildare. Bea's father Brian is an equine doctor who took his own life when she was just three. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she was thirteen. The stage name she chose was Bea as a tribute to her father. She also wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about her family's experience of suicide. Bea was raised alongside her sister Sinead with Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer, as well as a former professional racer. Her family were fascinated by racing and horses. As a young girl, Bea was a tour guide for the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young stage that she was not attracted to the race industry for a profession, but instead was a performer.
